How to use the power cord
Securely fix your Power Stroke Cord and stand far enough back to create light resistance in the cord when your arms are out straight. Lean forwards keeping your knees soft and your feet hip width apart. Place your hands through the hoops provided and keeping your fingers together slowly start your movements.
As your paddle strength improves you can increase the resistance by adding a second cord and/or standing further back from where your Power Stroke Bungee Cord is fixed.
The exercises possible with the Power Stroke Bungee Cord are endless but a good exercise to start with is the double arm swing.
WARNING
Care should be taken with excessive over-stretching of the Power Stroke Cord.
